A: Yes, DESENT offers a number of stock products for your purchase. For an additional $1 on top of your order, you can choose one of our website's own designs as a sample. In the future, our design team will introduce more categories of stock products so you can choose from stock pins, stock challenge coins, and stock keychains.
A: Don't worry, we have specialized after-sales service staff. Please send us your order number, the number of unsatisfied items with text description. Send us photos of the whole package and damaged, defective, unsatisfied items. We will check it and the after-sales service staff will contact you within a day to give you the solution.
A: Soft enamel is less expensive than the other two, with products that are recessed at the surface pigment to show texture, with raised metal lines and paint settling into the recesses. Soft enamel offer more design flexibility. Slightly more expensive, hard enamel has a smooth and shiny surface as well as more durable, but also has longer production time with the metal lines and paint leveling with each other. Hard enamel is good for company logos or special collector's significance. semi cloisonne is priced in between and has a slightly concave surface where the paint settles, making it suitable for filling in large areas with paint.

A: We can deliver to places that Fedex/UPS/DHL can deliver. Also free shipping to the US, Canada and Europe, any shipments outside of these areas need to be quoted by contacting our sales coordinators.
A: Sorry, but we don't offer general prices. Prices vary greatly due to the freedom of customizing products, but we calculate prices based on the different needs of each order. We have an automatic customized quote function on our website. First select the category you want on the website and use the “Customize” button, then make your preference selections and then you will be able to see the corresponding reference prices. Since this feature can only provide some basic quotes, it does not include additional options and complex process quotes. Therefore, if you want to know the exact price, you can use the quote function to submit a request for quotation through our website or send us all the information by email.
You may cancel your order at any time before it goes into production and is entitled to our Money Back* Guarantee! However, if your order has already been put into production, or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order and will not issue a refund.
However, for customers who find defects in their products when they receive them, we will either re-create your order free of charge or offer a solution (e.g., order discount, etc.) depending on the circumstances (e.g., the severity of the product defects and the number of defective products).
